Since its founding in 1876, Bethesda has been the heartbeat of the Garner community. Named after the healing pool in Jerusalem (John 5:2), Bethesda means “House of Mercy” and welcomes families in every stage of life with open arms. We value personal relationship and community impact. While our mission extends beyond the walls of our buildings, God has blessed Bethesda with a beautiful campus to be used for His glory.
